- 10,000 ft² commercial building to be constructed adjacent to an existing shopping center on 3.354 acres in Town of Rocky Mount with public water and sewer, 58 parking spaces

Glade Hill Minute Market- Hired in 1998
- 9,000 ft² commercial building with convenience store, Laundromat, and rental space on 8.92 acres in Glade Hill, Virginia. Assisted with rezoning from A-1 to B-2
- Engineering included site layout, grading plan, Erosion & Sediment Control Plan (E&SC) and Stormwater Management
- Septic design included pumping over 2,100 linear feet from the facility to an off-site mass drainfield with a disposal capacity of 7,200 gallons/day
- Water system design included pumping over 1,000 linear feet from an off-site well to a 15,000 gallon storage tank and 2,500 gallon pressure tank at the store. Assisted Developer with all necessary permits through the Virginia Department of Health
YMCA Master Plan- Hired in 2001
- Developed Master Plan for a Community Park at the YMCA on 8.438 acres in Rocky Mount
- Features included soccer field, camp sites, ropes course, tree house, fitness trail, playground, picnic pavilion and amphitheatre
- Utilized existing wetlands on site to create an outdoor education center and wetlands lab
YMCA Youth Center- Hired in 2004
- 27,082 ft² youth center addition to existing YMCA on 8.438 acres in Rocky Mount, Virginia. 28 parking spaces, public water and sewer
- Developed around wetlands to be used as study area
